Expecting a help to make the house

Dear sir or madam,

My name is S.K.Deshan malinda.I am a srilankan and 28 yrs old.I am not amarried person.there are 5 persons in my family.father is in ill.I am a labour of a virgin coconut oil company.my monthly income is RS.35000 only.Rs.15000 is allocated for my father's medicines.

My salary is enough to spend the day today life.please,we live in very difficulties.please give me a help to make the house in a good way.please ,help me.I have attached some photose of my house and i will send photose of my house after your help.
