Story
On the 12th April 2026, we will be taking on the huge challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for a special cause.
We have both recently turned 50 and this will be our second half marathon (one in London one in Jerusalem) and we are determined to do our absolute best to support the Malki Foundation.
Batya said 'This challenge has kept me active and focused. I’ve even managed to get out in the terrible weather over the last few weeks ending several runs with very muddy, wet feet, but still motivated to keep going'.
Britt said 'Last year when I turned half a century I did my first half marathon to prove that if you really want to do something you can!'
Britt works as a Children's Occupational Therapist and Batya works with children in their early years to support their health and wellbeing and we are both passionate about ensuring families have what they need to support their children to reach their potential.
That’s why we've chosen to run for the Malki Foundation, an organisation that works with families of children with special needs to ensure they have access to the equipment and care that helps them stay at home and live happy, fulfilling lives.
If you’re able to, please help us support this important charity by sponsoring our run on 12th April. Your contribution will make a real difference.
Thank you so much in advance for donating whatever you can, it really will make a massive difference.
