As a group of local women and Mums in South Wales we wanted to challenge ourselves to run 10k, for some of us for the first time in a long time and for some of us for the first time ever!

We wanted to raise money and awareness for Women’s Aid in our area to support the many, many women and children who have to use this service to escape domestic violence in their own homes.

This is a cause close to our hearts, for some of us have experienced this firsthand whilst others know loved ones who have experienced it.

All money donated, big or small will be much appreciated by the charity.
