For 30 days straight, we’ll be completing 100 physical reps every single day — whether that’s press-ups, sit-ups, squats, burpees, or anything else that keeps us moving and pushing ourselves.

Why? Because we want to raise as much money and awareness as possible for Teenage Cancer Trust — an incredible charity that supports young people facing cancer and helps ensure they don’t face it alone.

Every donation, no matter the size, will help provide specialist care, support, and hope to teenagers and young adults during the toughest times of their lives.

Our original target was £1,000… but we don’t want to stop there. We want to smash that goal and raise even more for this amazing cause.
