Story
I'm taking to the skies and braving a 12,000 ft skydive for Pilgrims Hospices!
I’m doing this mad thing even though, as those of you that know me, I have a fear of heights, in memory of my daughter Natalie Bartholomew.
Natalie had the very best end of life care at their Ashford hospice. The staff gave so much effort in ensuring that she and the family were supported through such a difficult time, even hosting family film night stay overs for her husband and two little girls, providing a special room for them all with popcorn and goodies for all, just so they could still all spend time together and make more memories. I will never forget their kindness and compassion and this is the least I can do to thank them. Please give as much as you can it will be so appreciated.
Pilgrims Hospices nurses and support staff provide skilled and compassionate end-of-life care for people living with life-limiting illnesses across east Kent. Please show your support by donating to support this worthwhile charity.
