I am running the Mental Elf 5K for Mind in Harrogate where my daughter Leah works after overcoming her own mental health to go to uni and study to be a therapist! She is now running support groups for others and providing counselling to young people (something that just did not exist for us 10 years ago).

They are raising money to create a new children and young people's service which will mean families don't have to face mental health issues alone like we did. Something which is massively important when 50% of mental health problems are established by age 14 and 75% by age 24.
