Story
On 13 June 2026, I will be taking on the incredible "6 Shropshire Hills challenge," a personal trek that pushes the limits of endurance and spirit. This demanding journey covers 36 miles (57 Km) and ascends 6,500 feet (2000 mt) over 14 hours, starting from the stile at the base of Corndon Hill and finishing at the Old Quarry car park on Titterstone Clee. Along the way, I will traverse breathtaking landscapes including the Stiperstones, Pole Bank (Long Mynd), Church Stretton, Caer Caradoc, Roman Bank, Brown Clee, and finally the summit of Titterstone Clee. This route uses footpaths and minor roads to showcase some of Shropshire's most stunning scenery.
I am undertaking this challenge to raise vital funds for Parkinson’s UK. Parkinson’s disease affects thousands of lives every day, creating challenges that require urgent support for research, care, and advocacy. By supporting this cause, you help bring hope to those living with Parkinson’s and their families.
I invite you to join me in making a difference by contributing towards my fundraising target of £250. Every donation brings us closer to a future where Parkinson’s is better understood and more effectively treated. Together, we can climb these hills not just for the view but for a cause that truly matters.
