Dear Family & Friends, asking for your support (ie Money) for the the Sikh Helpline: A service open to all, without judgement. Over 5700 people helped last year and established for nearly 30 years. They do magnificent work helping people across the board with key societal issues.

I will join them this year to help fund the charity via 350-mile Bike Ride (from Edinburgh > Newcastle > Leeds > Derby > Birmingham) over 4 days. Having never riden more than 50 miles, this will be a challenge. I'm hoping the fear of having to admit failure will get me training and your funds will help provide crucial support to help this cause.

They support people facing mental health challenges (30%), domestic violence, substance misuse, bullying, racism, and more. With the rising cost of living, every penny raised ensures we can be a voice of reassurance in someone’s darkest moment.

Cultural stigma stops many from seeking help until it’s too late. Demand is growing, and every call matters sometimes, it's a person’s only chance to reach out. No call should go unanswered.

Please help us be there for those with nowhere else to turn. Community has never been more important, together, we can make a difference!
