Get ready to laugh, wince, and most importantly, cheer on some truly magnificent (and slightly mad) Manland dads as they embark on an epic cycling quest! These brave souls are trading their comfy armchairs for bicycle saddles, all in the name of our brilliant Manland Primary pupils.

The Challenge: Coast to (Other) Coast - 171 Miles of Pure Mayhem!

Our fearless foursome, officially known as the "Saddle Sore Survivors", are gearing up for a grueling 171-mile bike ride. They'll be pedalling from Bridlington on the east coast all the way to Morecambe on the west. This isn't just a scenic jaunt, folks! They're facing down strong westerly winds (because apparently, they like a challenge) and tackling a whopping 2,000 meters of lung-busting ascents. Think less "leisurely cycle" and more "human-powered rollercoaster." It's going to be a true test of their quads, their resolve, and their ability to stay upright!

Meet Our Dads (Before They Get REALLY Sweaty):

- Damian, Dad to Jenson in Year 3: Hopefully, Jenson's boundless energy will somehow transfer to his dad's legs!

- Enrique, Dad to Eric in Year 4: We're pretty sure Eric's got a secret stash of energy bars for his dad.

- Peter, Dad to Henry in Year 4: Let's hope Henry's drawing skills extend to mapping out the least hilly routes for Peter!

- Mateusz, Dad to Otto in Year 2 and Ernest in Year 4: This man is tackling double dad duty and double mileage. Give him ALL the snacks!

Good question! Our dads are taking on this monumental, slightly masochistic challenge to raise essential funds for Manland Primary School pupils. Every single penny raised will go directly towards making school life even more fantastic.
