On 28th June 2025, Imo and I are cycling over 900 miles from Manningtree to Vienna in support of the British Heart Foundation.

Just over a year ago, I needed emergency quadruple heart bypass surgery. No warnings, no clues, just sudden chest pain at the gym. I was extremely lucky but sadly many aren’t.

100,000 people in the UK are admitted with heart attacks every year. The BHF funds lifesaving research to change that.

So, we’re taking on this challenge together, raising awareness, a bit of money, and making some father-daughter memories along the way!
