As most of you know Mantalk was set up to help men thinking their only option was suicide. Too many are leaving the world this way.

We try and raise awareness in so many ways with what we do and we have watched Mantalk grow, not only with men coming through the door but with our support and following from the community.

Without the communities help we would never have been able to grow and help so many men so we have been trying to give back where we can by helping other groups, teams or anyone we can in the community.

We have decided we would try and do more regular things to help so we are planning on setting up a Mantalk community help fund which will be used to support where we can
