My London Marathon for The Lullaby Trust!

London Marathon 2024 · 21 April 2024 ·
As many of you know, running all the World Marathon Majors is a lifetime bucket list item for me. The London Marathon is notoriously difficult to get into as an overseas runner due to reliance on the lottery. When I received an offer to run the 2024 London Marathon for The Lullaby Trust, an organization that does very important work, I did not hesitate to say yes.
The Lullaby Trust is an organization in the UK that promotes safe infant and toddler sleep, provides support to bereaved families, and most importantly, conducts research into sudden unexplained infant and childhood deaths. By funding and conducting this important research, we may someday have answers for lives lost too soon and be one step closer to a world without SIDS/SUDC. The Lullaby Trust works closely with SUDC UK. Similar to the SUDC Foundation in the U.S., these organizations receive no public funding and rely solely on donations. Running this marathon is more than just a running goal for me. It’s a way to raise awareness and funding for organizations that have given so much to families affected by these tragedies. It’s a way for me to honor Miles’ big life and continue taking him on adventures. Please don’t feel obligated to donate and know that your unwavering emotional support is much appreciated.
