STEAM House Cafes are so important to communities across Suffolk & Norfolk. They offer an accessible, non-judgemental service that's right on the high street. People can just walk in and talk to a member of staff about what's troubling them, but even more than that, people can build friendships and engage in groups provided by the cafe.

I've seen first-hand just how loved these cafes are across Norfolk & Suffolk, and achieving my goal of £2000 will enable them to improve the facilities of the cafe and even purchase more equipment to improve the groups that they offer each week.

The London Marathon is going to be incredibly hard work for me. I have a busy lifestyle, I drink and smoke, play football, often work late and never really have a consistent structure (especially when it comes to fitness). I'll be documenting the 21-week journey over on @marathon.patty on instagrasm and i'm sure I'll have to sacrifice quite a lot to get this thing completed.
