My husband and I are planning a five mile walk in May to raise funds for ME Research UK. Our daughter was diagnosed with M.E. (myalgic encephalomyelitis) in August 2019.

M.E. is a debilitating illness that affects approximately 250,000 people in the UK, but is often misunderstood and is chronically underfunded. We have chosen to fundraise for ME Research UK because it is a charity that funds high quality biomedical studies into the causes of and treatment for M.E.
