In September 2024 I lost my Dad (Steven) to heart disease. It's taken a bit of a toll on the family and we miss him dearly.

Heart disease affects so many of us, more than I knew. Every 3 mins in the UK someone dies from heart disease or circulatory issues. Every 5 mins someone is admitted to a hospital due to a stroke. 7.6 million people in the UK are living with heart and circulatory issues. The British Heart Foundation are investing in new technology, people and strategy to help deal with this epidemic. I feel it's my duty here to highlight them, and try to help raise some funds and further awareness for their/our cause.
