Cycling with Aaron Rendell from Kettering to Skegness · 6 September 2025

Corpal supports those affected by Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum which means that the major pathway across the two hempisheres of the brain is damaged or missing. Corpal is a Not for Profit group and is run by parents, and carers of children and Adults with ACC or Aicardi Syndrome.

Story

At Corpal, we are dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by Disorders of the Corpus Callosum, including Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum and Aicardi Syndrome. These conditions can profoundly impact lives, as they affect the crucial pathways that connect the two hemispheres of the brain.

On September 6th, 2025, I will be participating in a personal cycling event from Kettering to Skegness to raise awareness and funds for this important cause. Your generous donations will directly support families navigating these challenges, providing them with essential resources and a community of understanding.

We aim to educate healthcare professionals about these disorders and promote awareness within our communities. Additionally, your contributions will help sponsor students' learning programs and share vital educational resources that foster understanding and acceptance.

Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those affected by these conditions. I invite you to join me in this journey by donating towards our target of £1,000. Every contribution counts and brings us one step closer to creating a supportive environment for those who need it most.
