On 28th September 2024, we are doing Leeds memory walk in memory of Caroline Hodge.

After starting to struggle with her memory Caroline was diagnosed in December 2017 with Alzheimer’s Disease. Her dad also suffered with the disease.

After just over six years with Alzheimer’s Caroline gained her angel wings on 1st March this year and has left a massive hole in all our hearts. Caroline was the life and soul, always happy, cheerful and dancing. Caroline’s main love was walking her dog Tilly so to walk in her memory is a fitting tribute.

We have decided to do this walk to raise awareness for Alzheimers and would appreciate any donation small or large
