I am running the Chester Marathon in October as part of the Chester triple (10k,Half and full marathon) to raise money for the Samaritans' branch in Leicester and also to raise awareness of the great work and service they offer year round to so many in often desperate situations.

It really is an incredible service that runs 24/7 and Leicester is one of 7 branches that offer round the clock support for people in their moments of need regardless of where they are.

We all have moments where we require support with our mental health and reaching out to the Samaritans is a great starting point for so many to help them find the begining of their positive journey.

By donating a small amount we can help make sure this store and service remains as strong and positive as it has been to all that have used it and for all that may need to.
