On the 2nd November 2026 I’ll be embarking on my next big challenge.

I’ll be flying to Marrakesh, before travelling deep into the Sahara Desert, then off on an adventure trekking through the heart of the desert. It’s going to be toasty with daytime temperatures around 35 degrees C!

This will be again for my chosen charity “St Nicholas Hospice”, an amazing charity providing end of life care to families in, and around, Suffolk.

As many of you know, Sharon spent some time at The St Nicholas Hospice before she passed away. During this time she received outstanding care from the team there and we cannot thank them enough for all they did. Not only were they there for Sharon, but they provided unwavering support and comfort to us all whilst there.

My hope is to raise at least £2000 before August 2026, I’m planning on several events as part of my training for this as well as some other fundraising activities.

The funds we raise is a chance to give back to the hospice that gave so much to us. These funds are crucial for St Nicholas Hospice to continue their fantastic work they do in caring for patients and families at such a difficult time.
