Marc’s fundraiser for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity

Hampton Court Palace Half Marathon 2025 · 23 March 2025 ·
Just when I thought I was out….This is a story about two brothers losing weight. The one on the left went the conventional route of running, the one in the right had a kidney out. The reason for this is that he had kidney cancer. The NHS and the Royal Marsden Hospital in particular were characteristically brilliant and he is now on the road to full recovery. So the one on the left is now running a half marathon on March 23rd in Hampton Court to raise money for The Royal Marsden Hospital. It’s seven years since I did my last half marathon so this is no walk in the park. Actually that’s probably exactly what it’ll be so please give generously.
The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity raises money solely to support The Royal Marsden, a world-leading cancer centre. We ensure our nurses, doctors and research teams can provide the very best care and develop life-saving treatments, which are used across the UK and around the world.
