We are supporting vulnerable adults and their families to isolate during the covid-19 pandemic. Many of our clients are shielding, as they are vulnerable with complex care needs, are elderly and socially isolated or may be caring for others or experiencing crisis. We also support adults who require advice and support, or who want to reconnect with their local community through joining local groups or by volunteering.
