I am excited to share that I will be participating in the RunAcross the UK on March 20th, 2026, to support Down’s Syndrome Scotland. This incredible charity is the only one in Scotland dedicated solely to supporting individuals with Down’s syndrome and their families.

The RunAcrossUK Team will be running, walking and cycling from John o’Groats to Lands End. The 1,000 mile event will take place across the weekend 20-22 March 2026 in line with International Down Syndrome Day.

I will be running a leg from Kinross to Dunfermline - just over 10 miles my longest ever run!

Down’s Syndrome Scotland is a charity close to my heart, they have been an amazing resource for my family following the birth of my son Ben in 2021. We have accessed Speech and Language therapy through their ABC courses, attended online seminars, and have taken part in many events run by our local branch. This is only a small example of the services and support DSS provide across Scotland.
