Story

Hello! 👋

If you are reading this, you probably already know me – but if not, I’m Marcus, and I can’t sit still... 🏃‍➡️

Exercise has always been a huge part of my life. It’s my therapy, my joy, and the way I keep my mind, body, and soul in balance. With a couple of crazy kids (and another on the way!), I genuinely can’t imagine a life where I’m unable to move freely, let alone run. It would be a living hell. 😡

That’s why this year I’m running the London Marathon in support of Muscular Dystrophy UK (MDUK). 🤗

Muscular dystrophies are a group of rare, inherited conditions that gradually weaken and waste muscles. These progressive diseases worsen over time, making even basic movements difficult until, eventually, the individual succumbs to the inevitable. Currently, there’s no cure. 😢

MDUK is doing incredible, life-changing work – funding groundbreaking research and providing vital support for the 110,000 people in the UK living with these devastating conditions. 👏

By sponsoring me, you’re helping to fund this vital work. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a difference. You can donate quickly and easily using this link. 💰

Together, we can help MDUK continue to give hope, improve lives, and bring us closer to finding a cure. 🌞

Thank you so much for your support! ❤️

Marcus
