I am running and fundraising for Age UK Richmond, a superb local independent charity who offer vital help and support to local older people; they provide a wide range of services to promote happiness and independence in later life. As someone who used to work for Age UK, I know just how invaluable this support can be given the social isolation and loneliness that many older people face.
