Hi all,

I'll be riding this year's Fred Whitton Challenge on 11 May. It's a tough day out riding across the big climbs in the Lake District. I'm hoping to improve on last year's time (8 hours 32 minutes).

This will be my third "Fred" and this year I wanted to raise money for the Meath School. The School does outstanding work helping children with complex speech and language challenges to talk, learn and grow.
