Why I am running the Great North Run

Two reasons

1. Lifelong ambition to run Great North Run, I have been going to run it since it started finallly getting chance to run it.

2. To run for such an amazing charity that helps and supports people with dementia and their Families is a great privilege.

Dementia has been part of my Family for several years as many who know me know.

It is at times a sad and difficult condition to watch.
