On the 10th August at 7:34am, Colombia suffered a devastating earthquake (7.4 Richter Scale). More than 120,328 families were affected throughout the country. Hundreds of people have died and a few hundred are unaccounted for.

My home city, Manizales, has been severely affected. I would like to think that despite the distance, we can help those affected by this natural disaster.

On Sunday 11th October I will be running the Alcester 10K to try and raise money for this appeal. I would greatly appreciate your support with this.
