Kerala Trek for Dementia UK

In the month of October, I will be trekking through Kerala, India, for nine days in support of Dementia UK.
Dementia UK is a specialist dementia nursing charity that provides free, life-changing support and advice to anyone impacted through their Admiral Nurses. Their work helps enormously to improve the lives of families across the UK.
The trek will take me to Kochi and from there we will travel to Munni and Nagamundito. We will go through the Seven Mali Hills, verdant plantations, waterfalls, forests and grassy greens wildersness all the way to the Meesapulima Peak (the 2nd highest peak in South India). These will all be through narrow, muddy and stony paths as well as open ridges, camping overnight in rustic conditions.
Why am I doing this? Personally, it's a cause very close to my heart having had two very close family members suffer from this disease. It is also an opportunity for personal growth with the challenge being as much about my mind as it is about physical endurance.
Your generosity through donations and support will be much appreciated.
