As a trustee and someone whose family has used the facilities at Robert Owen House, the charity is close to my heart. It provides residents, many of whom are Manx, a home from home set up, 2 minutes walk from the Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital at a very stressful and worrying time.

I am taking in the Pennine Barrier which takes in the Yorkshire 3 Peaks and the Malham to Horton section of the Pennine Way. 50miles, 2593m ascent, all to be completed within 18hours

Any contribution you are able to make is gratefully received and all funds raised go to the charity and will be used towards the ongoing maintenance and running of the facility. Participation of the Pennine Barrier is self funded.
