I am excited to announce that I will be taking part in the 70.3 Half Ironman in Cascais, and I’ve chosen to use this opportunity to raise funds for Mums In Need (MIN), a remarkable organisation that supports mothers facing post-separation abuse.

As a mother to an 8-month-old boy, and with the support of a wonderful partner, I am deeply moved by the challenges many women face when they lack such support. This has inspired me to take action and help those in need. I can’t imagine the difficulties these women endure, which is why I am so passionate about supporting MIN in their vital mission.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have the health, strength, and resources to train for this event, and I am determined to push myself beyond my limits and do something I've never done before to achieve something meaningful. In going so, I hope to raise awareness and much-needed funds for a cause I truly believe in.

Your support, whether through donations or spreading the word, would mean the world to me and to the many mothers who will benefit from MIN’s work.
