Story
Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page ♥️
Ten years ago I climbed 5 peaks in 5 hours and you helped me to raise £5k for vital research into Multiple Sclerosis. My sister Clare had Secondary Progressive MS. She died last January and donated her brain and spinal cord to the MS Tissue Bank at Imperial College London.
She was my only sibling, a wonderful big sis, life partner and auntie, and I miss her so much.
This June I'm returning to the Newlands Valley in the Lake District to help the incredible organisers of the 5 in 5 and the 10 in 10, hit £1 million of fundraising for Multiple Sclerosis research.I’ll be in the safe hands of David and Andrew who completed the original challenge with me in 2016. I’m so grateful to them both.
I'll be on top of one of the highest peaks in the challenge, making sure people go safely onto the next one.
This means so much to me and I'm working hard to get fit enough to do it.
It will be 3 years since I was diagnosed with bowel cancer and had major surgery
Please help me to raise as much as we can in memory of my lovely sis Clare.
Thank you all ♥️
