This page has been set up for donations through Marie’s Women Making a Difference Network and for individual coaching sessions.

Thank you for contributing - whatever you give will go towards Chapter One’s literacy work with primary school students who are struggling to read. Marie is a trustee and board director for the charity and is also signing up as a reading volunteer. Her employer will match up to £500.

At the moment, the charity is seeking funds to replace and upgrade IT equipment, and develop more literacy games and resources. These are much needed to help children from disadvantaged backgrounds close the gap with their peers.
