Myself, my daughter Annie and grandaughter Leah are undertaking the 5k run in Sutton Park Birmingham on 11/1/2026 in memory of my brother Steve, who lost his life through mental illness in January 2024.

Monies raised will go the the charity Silence of Suicide, who encourage open dialogue to help fight the shame, stigma and silence that surrounds suicide.
