Women’s Rugby World Cup- Virtual walk/run challenge

Papyrus is a young person’s suicide prevention charity. That means we provide urgent support, education, campaigns and conversations that keep children and young people safe from suicide. And above all else, we’re here. We’re always here. That’s how we save lives.

Story

Celebrate Women’s Rugby and Support a Great Cause!

Join us on an inspiring journey as we celebrate the Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 being held in England! We’re embarking on a virtual walking challenge to cover the distance between all the tournament’s stadiums, ending at Twickenham just in time for Finals Day on 27th September 2025.

This isn’t just about walking—it’s about raising the profile of women’s rugby, supporting equality in sport, and championing the incredible athletes making history. Along the way, we’ll also raise funds for a our wonderful charity Papyrus.

PAPYRUS is the national charity for the Prevention of Young Suicide.

Suicide is the biggest killer of young people under the age of 35 in the UK, every year over 1800 young people take their own lives. PAPYRUS provides confidential support and advice to young people struggling with thoughts of suicide, and anyone worried about a young person through their helpline, HOPELINE247.

Every £10 raised can contribute towards a life-saving contact to HOPELINE247. Your donations really are changing lives, thank you.
