Story
In March 2024, my aunt suffered a stroke, and the impact on her – and on our whole family – was huge. Seeing first-hand how life-changing a stroke can be has made me determined to do something positive to help others going through the same journey.
That’s why this October, I’m taking on 62 miles – to keep active and to raise vital funds for the Stroke Association. Anyone who knows me will know this is going to be quite the challenge! 🚶♀️➡️
Surviving a stroke is just the beginning of a long and gruelling recovery journey. The Stroke Association are the UK’s leading stroke support charity, helping 88,000 stroke survivors and their families every year to find the strength and determination they need to rebuild their lives.
👉 Please support me if you can – every donation, big or small, will go directly towards changing lives.
