Diary:

8/3/25 First week done, 39 miles under my belt so far, plus a body combat and Pilates class. Thank you to my walking partners Philip, Sue, Deb! Highlight was my hike with Philip, a bonus trip in the Peak District x

15/3/25 Week two under my belt and now up to over 70 miles. Thanks to my walking pals this week - Debbie, Lynn and Sarah! I’ve enjoyed walks on Cown Edge, Werneth Low and Lantern Pike. The weather has been good, v lucky! Thanks for your generosity xx

22/3/25 Week three, how is the time going so quickly? I’ll tell you.. working, decorating, walking, keeping fit, and lots of talking.. of course..! Not so much in the way of jumping about this week due to a cold, but enjoyed lovely fresh air evening strolls. There have been some great sunsets 🌅…. Roll on the Spring and Summer now, it’s beautiful out. Thank you for supporting me and keeping my legs moving for a great charity x

2/4/25 And the month flew by! Thanks to everyone for supporting me, I managed 115+ miles in the month and enjoyed some lovely walks and company along the way. My final walk of the month was a lovely one up on Mellor Moor, up from the Devonshire Arms, round the top to Mellor Cross and over to Rachel’s Stile, then back across the Moor with great all round views, back down to the car. A great evening walk. V pleased with my contribution to the North West Air Ambulance x x
