Scouting is amazing! It gives you g people a chance to be adventurous and learn skills for life.

Dawson loves to walk and the first of this year’s challenges is 3 days hiking carrying all our things. This is a long way and it will certainly not be easy but it is for a great cause.

1st Lee are a fantastic Scout group but need extra money to fund events, provide camping equipment and allow them to continue to grow supporting more young people.

Our route is as follows

Tuesday- 14 miles Beaulieu Road Station, New Forest to Romsey (thanks to 1st Romsey we are staying the night in their hut)

Wednesday- 13 miles Romsey to Stockbridge (camping overnight in the tent we will be carrying)

Thursday- 5 miles Stockbridge to Wherwell. We will see how we go but are allowing ourselves a shorter third day as think our legs (and backs) might be a bit tired by then.
