If you know me, you know two things: I love running and I love cats. Well three things if you count eating cakes 😊!!!

Over the past few years, I’ve fallen in love with running. I’ve completed several half marathons and one full marathon so far—but running the London Marathon has been a dream of mine for a long time. This year, I feel incredibly lucky to have secured a charity place with Cats Protection, a cause very close to my heart.

I’m raising money for Cats Protection, a wonderful charity that helps thousands of cats every year. Whether they’ve been abandoned, abused, need urgent medical care, or their owners can no longer look after them, Cats Protection is there to give them the second chance they deserve.

My very own rescue cat, Evie, is the reason I’m raising money for Cats Protection. Her previous owners could no longer afford to feed her and keep her health checks up to date so they had to give her away. We’ve been lucky to have met Evie and for her to join our lives. She’s brought so much love and fun to our lives and she’s the sweetest friendlies cat around. Now, I want to help more cats like Evie to find their forever home.

Every single donation makes a real difference. Here’s how:

💜 £10 can feed 2 cats for 25 days

💜 £20 provides 10 soft blankets to help cats feel warm, safe, and comforted

💜 £50 covers a full veterinary check, including vaccinations and flea and worm treatment for a cat in need

No matter how big or small, your donation will help cats and kittens find safety, love, and their forever homes.

🏃‍♀️ Running a marathon is no small feat – anyone who's done it will know it takes months of training, discipline, and determination. As I take on this challenge for Cats Protection, I’m fully committed to putting in the hard work to cross that finish line on 26th April 2026.
