I'm supporting Shine by taking on the 2026 Cardiff Half Marathon in memory of my beloved sister Ineke, who passed away last year. She was born with spina bifida but never let it stop her doing the things she wanted to do! She was my anchor and my inspiration throughout my life.

Shine provides specialist support from before birth and throughout the life of anyone living with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus, as well as to parents, families, carers and professional care staff.
