This year Im taking part in an incredible initiative called ‘Bag of Love’ which every year gives prison inmates a bag of goodies as a Christmas gift.

Christmas can be an incredibly tough time for those in prison, and sadly, the rates of suicide in prisons spike during this season. That’s why these bags are so meaningful for only £8, you can sponsor a bag filled with items that show someone they have not been forgotten.

Im committed for the following activities based on the total sponsorships received:

£200 donated - 20km cycle

£500 donated - 100 push ups

£1000 donated - 2min ice bath in the Shadwell basin
