I am going to be swimming 10k (the Olympic open water swim) in Lake Windermere!!

One of my loveliest friends has been diagnosed recently, and I know so many others who have suffered from Parkinson's. I feel that I have been blessed with the health to be able to do something to help support, if not find a cure. This is my way of saying 'thank you' to some of the most influential people in my life and to bring some hope to those, and the families of people, who battle with this every day.
