Story
From Friday 3 to Sunday 12 October 2025, we’re stepping away from our desks and onto the spectacular South West Coast Path for the Cornish Coast Path Challenge – and you’re invited to join us! Across ten days, we’ll collectively cover the 285-mile Cornish stretch, split into 25 bite-sized sections, while raising at least £2,000 for Cornwall Mind and marking World Mental Health Day on Friday 10 October. Choose a section (or a few), bring a friend or the family, and walk it your way. For how to join, section sign-ups and fundraising links, read the full details on our blog:

Why Cornwall Mind?
Mental health affects us all, and Cornwall Mind is there for people across the county who need support, connection and hope. From answering a call at a tough moment to running wellbeing courses that can change lives, the help they give really matters – and it’s all right here in our community.
We believe no-one should have to face a mental health problem alone. Each year the demand for our services increases as more people seek support for their mental health.
Although we’re affiliated to Mind the national charity, Cornwall Mind is an independently registered and funded charity dependent on fundraising and donations, like yours, to continue our vital work in the community.
With your support, you can help us to continue our life-changing work, and for that we cannot thank you enough.
