Our dear Richard, husband, Dad, Grandad and friend who was so special to us all suffered the last few years of his life with vascular dementia.

This caused a huge impact on his life as well as the lives of those closest to him.

Essex Dementia Day Care provided a very well planned day once a week providing stimulation, gentle exercise, communication and singing. Most importantly they made Richard feel special and he was always very happy to go.

Richard benefitted greatly from this group and therefore we would like to honour them as our chosen charity on the Just Giving Page.
