Story

Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page. On 13 September 2026, I will be taking on the Thames Path Ultra Challenge, a 50km run, to raise funds for Mind. This incredible charity works tirelessly to provide vital guidance, safety nets, and local support networks to individuals and families facing mental health challenges.

I am dedicating this challenge to the memory of a dear colleague we lost to suicide. Their loss is a painful reminder that no one should ever have to suffer in silence. Mind’s work is essential in creating a future where help is accessible and stigma is broken down.

I am aiming to raise £375 to support Mind’s life-changing services. Your donation, no matter the size, will make a real difference in helping people find hope and support when they need it most. Please join me in supporting this cause and help ensure that no one faces their struggles alone.
