Stepney Bank Stables is a registered charity using horses to engage with young people living in deprived urban areas of Newcastle upon Tyne. Horses are a fantastic medium for teaching kindness, commitment, resilience and responsibility. Being around horses helps young people to learn how to recognise and give consideration for another being's needs and emotions. Studies show that spending time with horses can reduce cortisol levels (stress hormone) in teenagers.

We will be completing a terrifying 250m long zip wire challenge from the 30m high deck of the Tyne Bridge to the Newcastle Quayside. We’d love it if you could help raise some money for Stepney Bank Stables.
