Orb is a music, arts and drama facility for use by people in the Harrogate area who have mental health issues.

I joined them at age 18 initially learning to play guitar and then bit by bit I joined more of their sessions including their drama, arts, needlework, ukulele band and walking group.

Orb has been a godsend to me giving me a safe environment to meet other people, learn new skills and adding some structure to my life.
