I am riding in the annual Beaverbrooks Bike Ride to raise funds for Trinity Hospice and Brian House Childrens Hospice again. The route I have opted for is 45 miles around the Fylde Coast.

One of my best mates passed away in Trinity Hospice last year. He was a top bloke who would help anyone.

I had raised funds for Trinity Hospice previously but had never visited before. What an amazing place! The care and compassion was remarkable.
