Walking Football is a great help for folks with Parkinsons. The game brings fun, fitness and friends through football. Many of my walking football friends have Parkinsons at different levels. I'm hoping to increase the awareness of the support walking football can give.

Parkinson's UK and Sport Parkinson's are proud to be working in partnership to provide access to physical activity and exercise for individuals, groups and

communities to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of all people affected by Parkinsons. Over the course of the next 3 years we are aiming to raise £175,000 for the Parkinson's UK Active Community Grants Programme.
