After the success of last year’s Manufacturer Ramble on. We go again in May!

Mental health and suicide is unfortunately still on the rise. We want to come together and help raise awareness and funds of the topic and charity ‘Andys Man Club’

Address: Coast Rd, Sunderland SR6 7NH (Souter Lighthouse Car Park (1:45pm)

Route: We will be doing a ‘there and back’ route from Souter Lighthouse in Whitburn.

Parking - There is a payment machine in both car parks. The cost to park is £1.10 per hour, £5 all day, or free for National Trust members.

There are around 150 spaces, so should be enough. But, it’s a public car park, so better to get there around 1.45pm latest to ensure a spot. If not, there is nearby parking. I have attached details

Last year we had over 75 people turn up, and we had a great 10k walk. Ollie Bell a mental health expert will be stopping us throughout the walk and educating us on suicide prevention within Manufacturing and the workplace.
