Story

It’s no secret that I lost my Dad Pete Breakwell back in 2020 to lung cancer. In the august of that year he was given twelve months to live but only saw three of those months and sadly passed away in the October.

As anyone can imagine it hit me and my family hard but during the last two weeks of his life he was cared for by St Richards Hospice. I will forever be in their debt to making the last weeks of my Dads life as comfortable as possible for both him and us.

To help the hospice I will be taking part in the 4K St Richards Hospice Santa Dash along with my two boys Charlie and Alfie, together we have set up a fundraising page to raise money for the charity.

Charlie was his grandads special boy, they were closer than close and couldn’t be far apart from each other. Charlie idolised his Gigi and the years that he has lost with him he will never see. Both boys worshiped him and we all miss him so much.

We are trying to raise £150 for the charity, if you can spare anything at all then please donate to help us reach our target. Anything you can give will be appreciated, from £1 to £10 it will all make a difference.

Thank you so much for taking a look at our Just Giving page.
